• Enquiry details. When you submit the "Request Callback" form, we collect your name, email address, and any message or project details you provide, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Contact you initiate. If you call, email, or message us on WhatsApp or social media, we hold the details you share with us in that conversation.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

We keep enquiry and job-related data for as long as needed to complete the work and meet our legal and insurance obligations (typically up to 6 years for records relating to electrical installation work), then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how we use it.
